Don't miss this conversation with the extraordinary Madeleine Albright— the first female Secretary of State and one of the most tireless public servants of our time. In conversation with Angie Coiro from the Aragon High School stage, Albright will reflect on her career since leaving office.

Hell and Other Destinations rings with humor and sincerity, offering insight into what drives her to make a difference in the world decade after decade. In a 1997 commencement speech at Mount Holyoke College, Albright said "as individuals, each of us must choose whether to live our lives narrowly, selfishly and complacently, or to act with courage and faith." This author redefines the possibility and scope of a life well-lived, choosing to stay in constant motion during this later part of her career in order to give voice to millions who yearn for respect regardless of gender, background, or age.

As she left her most iconic public role in 2001, interviewers asked Albright how she wished to be remembered.

"I don't want to be remembered," she answered. "I am still here and have much more I intend to do. As difficult as it might seem, I want every stage of my life to be more exciting than the last."

In the twenty years since, the former Secretary has held true to promise, navigating half a dozen professions, clashing with presidents and prime ministers, and learning every day while maintaining a powerful presence as an advocate for women, justice, and selfless political service.
