Kepler’s celebrates the launch of a brilliantly optimistic book on changing the world, for feminists of all genders—just in time for Women’s History Month!
Lauren Schiller is the creator of the nationally syndicated radio series and podcast Inflection Point, about how women rise up. Winner of a Gracie Award and accolades from press and listeners alike, Inflection Point explored and commended women’s power in politics, in society, and throughout our culture. Lauren’s Impact Producer Hadley Dynak worked beside her to magnify that power through their listeners and generate real-world change driven by the show’s content.
Now Schiller and Dynak have moved to a fresh phase, with the publication of their new book, and production of a coming podcast and radio series of the same name: It’s a Good Day to Change the World. Determined to produce a book to inspire and energize in exhausting times, they’ve brought together stories of feminist change to fire you up without burning you out. For everyone seeking to support women’s power to make a better life for everyone, It’s a Good Day to Change the World highlights the work and wisdom of activists from Ijeoma Oluo to Sarah Silverman to Gloria Steinem. Lauren Schiller and Hadley Dynak take the stage with Kepler’s journalist in residence, Angie Coiro; join us for this celebration of feminist power along with practical tools you can use to make the change you want to see in the world!
Masks are required for everyone over the age of 2 years old and must be worn at all times in the venue, and throughout the duration of the event.
