Venture capitalist and clean-tech pioneer John Doerr looks at the scene and sees scattered, disorganized efforts. This, in contrast to tech’s secret weapon for success: the OKR goal-setting tool. Doerr’s vision comes from his own experience and success. An engineer, he’s the chairman of venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins. An original investor in both Google and Amazon, he’s plowed lessons learned into tackling health, education, and climate challenges.
