You know Scott Westerfeld from the wonderful bestselling Uglies series. You followed him through the fantastic Locus Award-winning steampunk Leviathan series. Scott was brought up in Texas, California, and Connecticut. He has worked as a substitute teacher, a text book editor, a software designer, and a ghost writer. He splits his time between New York City and Sydney Australia.

Spill Zone is illustrated by animator Alex Puvilland who was born in France, works for Dreamworks Animation, and co-illustrated Prince of Persia and Templar.
